Bon devant ton incompréhension, je m'explique: personne ne veut un boulot, on veut juste le salaire qui va – malheureusement – avec. Par contre a priori, tout le monde veut une voiture si c'est cadeau. Dans la mesure où les motivations sont diamétralement opposées, il est absurde de tenter ce rapprochement.

Bonne idée, mais assez difficile à mettre en place. Favoriser une sorte de logiciel reprenant divers domaines, me semble plus favorable, car évitant ainsi les fraudes dues à l'absence d'une « base » partagée par divers service.

It might depend on which country you live in but in Australia you can pay extra to get it quicker.

I had to get one a few years back, when i went to get it processes they ticked the 'quick' box (wasn't called that though) and it was a lot more money. (Over $150 more). I chose the cheaper option but it still arrived quick – less than 7 days actually.

 

Since only the passport office can issue one why don't you ask them, often you can pay extra to speed things up, but you have to have all your documents in order.
