What exactly does ''condition/state'' mean ?

Brian Marquina: These are all conditions/state. They all describe a property or state of the subject - Color, shape, cleanliness, carefulness. "is" is a state of being verb - and so any adjective that follows is a state/condition.

Lue Podewils: Always ask the questions: Who, What, WHere, Why after using "is" .The chair is ? What is answered by BLUE - conditionThe table is ? What " " by ROUND - stateJames is ? Who is careful - condition
