I have cooked this recipe in 30 minutes! You will need:Lemon, garlic, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and butter. Directions:1.-First you have to marinate the shrimp with the lemon juice, garlic powder and a pinch of salt for about 15 minutes. ( if you marinate for longer than that the shrimp will cook with the lemon juice so be carefull!)2.- Meanwhile chop the garllic and start melting the butter in a pan. 3.- Drain the excess of lemon juice from the shrimp 4.- Sautee choped garlic with the melted butter and throw in the shrimp 5.- Add some salt and pepper, and if you want to give it a little kick add a pinch of cayenne pepper. 6.- Cover pan and cook for about 10 minutes or until the shrimp are pink, then uncover and let cook for another 5 minutes or more depending on your preference. King Bringle: I love to keep shrimp simple... I chop some garlic fine and saute for a couple minutes in some butter then add the shrimp and when they are JUST turning pink, add a splash of white wine and some fresh parsley. I serve this over linguine noodles that are cooked perfectly and top with a little parmesan cheese. So delish, and not all that bad for you! Also, I like to steam them and make a shrimp salad with a little mayo, dijon mustard, celery and scallions and then serve in a warm roll with lettuce and tomato. OMG, I am salivating as we speak. LOL... Good luck!...Show more
