Amusement Park help!!!!!!!?

Booker Moros: Well, Hershey is a good park, but it doesn't fit your "under 4 hour criteria" (and neither does Six Flags America near DC...you'll also get bored there quickly). Here is a list of good amusement parks within 4 hours from you that are open during the weekend:Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, TN. (just about 4 hour ride for you)Carowinds in Charlotte, NCKings Dominion in Doswell, VABusch Gardens Europe/Williamsburg in Williamsburg, VAI would suggest going to either Carowinds, Kings Dominion, or Busch Gardens although they are not open on the 12th.Carowinds has 13 coasters and Kings Dominion has 14 - so they have a good amount...Busch Gardens only has 5, however besides the kiddie coaster, the 4 others are GREAT rides and the park is beautiful. I would check those 3 out online and figure out which ones is worth your wild. Just to let you know, Carowinds and Kings Dominion are both getting new coasters for next year (they will both be very good coaster additions) if! you want to wait til next spring to check them out.Good luck and have fun (oh, and keep in mind that parks are in their "horror" mode now since it's nearing Halloween - I'm sure you are aware of that, but just in case you have young kids who get scared easily this is something to keep in mind)!...Show more

Salvador Prchlik: Hershey park in Hershey PA is about 5 hours but it is what I would call the best "family" park. Six Flags in DC is well....in DC and Kings Dominion is more for thrill riders. Hershey has it all from 2 to 92 plus you have chocolate world too Yum!
